Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before renting with Royale Supercars. By booking or taking delivery of a vehicle, you confirm that you accept them in full.

1. Rental Eligibility
The minimum age to rent from Royale Supercars is 21 years old.
If you hold an Emirates ID, a valid UAE driving license is required. Tourists can provide either their passport or ID, along with their home country or international driving license. Valid identification is required at the time of collection.
2. No-Deposit Policy
Royale Supercars does not require a separate refundable security deposit. The cost of offering this no-deposit service is already included in the rental price shown to you at the time of booking. There is no additional deposit fee charged separately.
3. Mileage Allowance
Each rental includes an allowance of 250 km per day, whether self-drive or chauffeur-driven. Mileage beyond this allowance is charged at AED 10 per additional kilometre, calculated and settled at the end of the rental period.
4. Traffic Fines & Salik
The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, Salik toll charges, and any other government or authority charges incurred during the rental period. These charges, along with an administrative handling fee, will be provided to the renter at the end of the rental period for settlement. For chauffeur bookings, Salik charges are included as part of the package (see Chauffeur Service below).
5. Fuel Policy
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking, the vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. Any shortfall will be charged at the prevailing fuel price plus a reasonable refuelling service fee. For chauffeur bookings, fuel is included as part of the package (see Chauffeur Service below).
6. Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection anywhere within Dubai is free of charge.
Delivery and collection to or from Abu Dhabi carries an additional charge of AED 250.
7. Chauffeur Service
Chauffeur bookings are available as either a 6 hour or 10 hour package. Your chauffeur will arrive at your required time.
Time beyond the booked package is charged at AED 150 per extra hour.
The chauffeur package includes fuel, parking fees, and Salik toll charges incurred during the booking. The renter remains liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, in line with the terms set out in the Damage & Insurance section below.
8. Damage & Insurance
The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period that results from misuse, negligence, or an at-fault accident. In the event of any accident, a police report must be obtained regardless of fault.
Certain items are excluded from standard coverage and remain the renter's responsibility if damaged, including but not limited to windscreens, tyres, wheels, and interior upholstery.
9. Early Return & Cancellation
If a vehicle is returned before the agreed end date of the rental, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the booking.
10. Additional Drivers
Only drivers declared and approved by Royale Supercars at the time of booking are permitted to drive the vehicle. Adding an additional driver requires a valid driving license and identification for that person, provided in advance for approval.
11. Vehicle Use, Smoking & Cleanliness
Smoking is not permitted inside any Royale Supercars vehicle. A cleaning charge applies if a vehicle is returned with evidence of smoking, or in a condition requiring additional cleaning beyond normal use.
Vehicles must be used only on paved, legal roads within the UAE, and must not be used for racing, towing, or any illegal purpose.
12. Required Documents
Renters must provide a valid driving license, a valid passport or Emirates ID, and any other documentation reasonably requested to confirm identity and eligibility to drive in the UAE.
13. General
Royale Supercars reserves the right to refuse or terminate a rental where fraudulent or incorrect information has been provided, or where the terms of this agreement have been breached. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
